This iconic house, grounds and location offer an excellent backdrop for music video productions, commercials, promotional films/photography and as a film location.
The Art Deco HouseUK has not been used for a film/TV series as of 2023, giving you a unique opportunity to use a wonderful house for location work covering periods 1920’s onwards, and an incredible Art-Deco building. Views from the property look directly and uninterrupted out to sea, plus there is easy access down to sandy beaches. The photos on our web site were last updated in 2021 and there have been significant improvements since then with over £100K spend in just one of those years updating all the double glazing to heritage aluminium windows more in keeping with the original design.
Parking is available for at least 10 vehicles at the house plus a substantial day and overnight public car park just 150 yards away along the cliff path (Winchester House Long Stay) for larger vehicles with 24 hour rates.
The house is connected to all utilities and is rented out, mainly at weekends as a holiday let, which results in excellent Monday to Friday availability for photography and film work. The house potentially offers accommodation both in the house itself or there are multiple hotels within walking distance if you wish to preserve all the property for production. Outside our peak season of July, August and September the house MAY be available for long lets to facilitate a series etc.
